134. ZARA'S NEW FLAGSHIP STORE

Welcome to paradise...
What I've been doing these couple of weeks? The reason of the lack of blogposts? This pretty new Flagship store in Brussels, Toison d'Or, is the reason why you didn't hear a lot of me since the end of April.

It's no longer a secret that I'm working for the biggest fashion company in the world, Inditex. As written in an older blogpost, where I'm talking about my job, it's quite busy but it's my life. I love what I do and I don't want something else. It's a part of who I am.

The news about Toison d'Or; my sweet new little baby. We opened last thursday, the 7th of May. The day before we had a Press Event with bloggers and journalists. They had the opportunity to discover as first the new store with a surface of 4000m². The store has also the new concept which creates a new open and fresh view over all the collections. And we received some very exclusive extra's: to start with the mannequins. Normally only for the windows. Oh no! We got them for in our store too. They're extra tall and the funny hands gives the store an extra special touch. Believe me that it does a lot when your mannequins are dressed up perfectly.
Than, last but not least, we're the only store worldwide (even sold out online) that sells the suede/daim dresses. Say what? Oh yes! We managed to get them for the opening. Only a limited amount available so be fast.

Why I am so proud of this new store and being happy like a little kid? 'Cause as Area Merchandiser I build up the store, checked the placing of the themes, product and the image. So be honest, how can't you be proud of your own work? I'm in love with how the store looks!

The store is defenitely worth a visit, knowing that it's the biggest Zara in Belgium and Luxembourg. And one of the biggest worldwide. Also Men and Children will find their happiness.
